On 18th October 2023, the Kerridge Commercial System (KCS) rental division hosted its bi-annual user forum for both inspHire Office and Corporate customers. Held at Nottingham Racecourse, the day had a jam-packed agenda filled with insights on new developments and services, introductions to KCS partners, as well as a fun afternoon at the races.  

   What do the user forums entail? These events offer inspHire customers the opportunity to have their say on various topics, such as inspHire roadmaps, service levels, as well as gaining early access to new releases and testing out upcoming features. In addition, customers can collaborate with like-minded hire companies, discussing industry challenges and how inspHire can support on this.  

From sustainability to digitisation, the team covered all of the latest trends and how inspHire can cater to them. This included inspHire's very own eCommerce solution, WebPro; an online commercial platform that acts as a 24/7 hiredesk for your B2B and B2C customers.

inspHire users were shown how you can use Worldpay card terminals to take payments for cash customers on hire contracts, sales orders and workshop jobs, as well as making miscellaneous transactions or doing a quick cash sale!
